This IFB seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide Technical Specifications and Publication Web-Based Subscription Services to MoDOT. The contract period will be from Notice of Award to February 28, 2022, with three (3) one-year renewal options. Due to CDC recommendations on COVID-19, MoDOT will not be accepting walk-in bids at this time. MoDOT will still receive bids electronically, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX.

This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisitions procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.The purpose of this document is to purchase an online legislative tracking publication subscription service.
