NAVSEA PEO USC PMS 406 is transitioning Unmanned Maritime Autonomy Architecture (UMAA) and Rapid Autonomy Integration Laboratory (RAIL) published information to the Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC), due to the suspension of services by the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E).
