City Self Declaration Certifications Scope of Work The City of Marco Island is soliciting bids to construct a new high service pump station (HSPS) and flow meter pad at the South Water Treatment Plant located at 415 Lily Court, Marco Island, FL 34145.

The work consists of installation of approximately 750 linear feet of high-density polyethylene sewer force main, a precast concrete packaged wastewater pump station including pumps and controls, flow meter and associated valve vault, propane generator and tank, site fencing, connection to the existing gravity sewer system, and surface restoration. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.

The calibration of the wet weather model will require flow and rainfall monitoring. A minimum of 25 flow monitors and 6 rainfall gauges will be utilized across the wastewater service area for a period of 3 to 6 months or until significant rainfall events have been captured. Furthermore, existing pump station flow meters, pump run- time, on/off pump data loggers and wastewater treatment plant flows will be used in calibration.
