    Most blocks are fill plants. The work is within the Selkirk Resource District; locations will range from Slocan, Rossland, Castlegar, Salmo and surrounding areas. Approximately 44,000 ‘tea bag’ fertilizers will be installed on certain fill plants. Fertilizer packs will be ‘coated’ and may be planted in the same hole as the seedling or with 5cm inches upslope of the seedling. See Schedule A and C for specific works required.
