\n\n(D) The Annual Rent for the Lease shall be based on the final amount of the Successful Bid at\nauction and shall be computed as 7.25% of the Successful Bid at auction for each of Lease Years\nOne through Five, then escalating by 5.00% over the previous lease year\u2019s Annual Rent amount in\nLease Years Six and every Five years thereafter.
The rooftop lease or leases shall be for a term of up to twenty years. All energy and environmental attributes produced by or attributable to such systems shall be sold to the WMLP pursuant to power purchase agreements (PPAs) associated with the project(s).
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.The U.S. Government (Rocky Mountain National Park) is seeking to lease a flexible mix of one-bedroom, and/or two-bedroom units, with kitchen, bathroom(s), and common living/dining space.
