The United States Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General (DOL-OIG) intends to award a contract for equipment and network subscription services for a Push-to-Talk (PTT) Radio solution for DOL-OIG offices throughout the continental United States.  This will be used to cover law enforcement communications during law enforcement operations, emergencies and daily communications.

Additional requirements are:two way communication capability, tactical communications, advanced voiceoperated transmit, boom microphone, impulse noise protection, level dependentfunction, Natural Interaction Behavior, noise cancelling microphone (IP68), Pushto Talk function. Product will be furnished with headband mount but have theability to be converted to helmet mount as an option.

(vi) Description of Requirement: The vendor will provide 21 tactical headsets, 21 push to talk adapters, and freight/delivery IAW page 4 of attachment “Solicitation FA660623Q0007 – EOD Tactical Headsets and Push to Talk Adapter for Military Radios”(vii) Acceptance is FOB destination: 439 CES CED 250 Patriot Ave Box 23 Westover ARB, Chicopee, MA 01022.

Marshals Service (USMS) Eastern District of Michigan requires the services of a contractor that has the capability to provide thirty-five (35) push-to-talk tactical headset systems and deliver to 231 W.

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB) has a requirement for Otto Tactical Headsets, Otto Push-to-talk Adapters and T3 Adjustable MBITR Pouches. A quantity of fifty (50) is anticipated for each item.
