The firms selected for inclusion on this Pre-Qualified List will be assigned Programs as needs are identified by ODNR and DOE. The PMS firm/individual cannot be a member, affiliate or consultant of any other team fulfilling a role on the projects contained within the assigned Program.
The University will select and pre-qualify a pool of clinical practices and/or individual Licensed Healthcare Professionals to perform assessments of EOHHS disability Applicants and develop a Qualified Consultant List (“QCL”). When the University has a need for Consultative Examination services that are covered through this RFA, the University may select a Qualified Consultant from the QCL to perform the specified work.
Through this RFA, the University will select and pre-qualify a pool of qualified resources and develop a Qualified Consultant List (“QCL”), which shall include executive advisors, project managers, project coordinators, and other related consultants. These Qualified Consultants will be eligible to provide various services to support the deployment of strategic and operational initiatives.
