This RFQ is for suppliers who have received the FREP Water Quality Assessment 2 day training course and have completed the water quality assessment training or data collection contract with the Ministry.
Interested Suppliers are invited to submit a Response to this MULRFQ for the opportunity to be evaluated and determined whether they are eligible to be added to the Ministry’s Multi-Use List of Qualified Suppliers for Water Quality Assessment Training and co-training within the Forest and Range Evaluation Program (FREP).
Comments: The facility is in need of water quality assessment for Legionella. Special Terms and Conditions: If there is an additional fee for eVA or credit card expense, this will be added to the grand total awarded.
