Fort Chipewyan Air Quality Feasibility Study Project Description :The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is looking to select a highly experienced consulting company that will conduct a feasibility study and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), focused on addressing the need to create a safe, with adequate air quality, temporary, shelter-in-place space in Fort Chipewyan.
The City of Oxnard is requesting proposals from experienced consulting firms to conduct a Feasibility Study (“Study”) with viable mitigation measures to improve the water quality in the Channel Islands Harbor (“Harbor”). The Study will include as part of the Scope of Services development of an ImplementationPlan with cost estimates for the viable strategies. These strategies will be prioritized and include potential funding sources.
The following are the evaluation criteria that will be used for this RFP: • Location of Lead Offeror (Maximum 10 points) • Relevant Experience of Anticipated Project Team (Maximum 40 points) • Past Performance (Maximum 20 points) • Understanding of the Project and Quality/Feasibility of Proposal (Maximum 20 points) • Ability to Perform Expeditiously (Maximum 10 points) City certified MBE/WBE firms that submit a proposal may be eligible to receive
The contract will be awarded based upon: (1) the competence of the offeror to perform the required service; (2) the quality and feasibility of the Offeror's technical proposal; (3) the ability of the offeror to perform the required service competently and expeditiously; (4) past performance of the Offeror as reflected by evaluations previous clients; and (5) an environmentally preferable and other evaluation criteria referred to in Columbus City Code
The scope of services may include delivery of multidisciplinary technical and managerial capabilities as related to all elements of facility planning, program and project execution, project oversight, and building and utility operations, while maintaining a broad focus on technical requirements, technical quality, feasibility, constructability, operational effectiveness, and risk management.
