The requirement is to provide a maintenance service contract for two Sophion Qube systems currently installed and in-use at the West Haven facility. The manufacturer of the Qube system (Sophion Biosciences) offers a service contract to rapidly repair the instrument, as well as periodic preventive maintenance to insure normal operating specifications. We require a service contract to cover Qube-023 for a year.
