The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) proposes to acquire Shipboard Radar Test and Evaluation Support Services. The contractor shall support the NRL AN/SPQ-9B TDA in planning, preparing, and executing AN/SPQ-9B land-based and shipboard DT&E and OT&E to include interacting with Government personnel and other contractors and completing pre-test documentation and analyzing and documenting test results.

The TDA requires assistance in planning, management, execution, testing, analysis, documentation, and liaison in support of the AN/SPQ-9B Radar and developing and managing system installation and T&E at CBD, PAX River, and other test sites in support T&E for the ONR-sponsored EMC2 Flexible Distributed Array Radar (FlexDAR) program.In order to aid industry in evaluating their ability to perform the requirement, a DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) is provided

The objective of this effort is to provide the USAF with a streamlined acquisition solution for Bird Detection Radar (BDR) or Bird/Drone Detection Radar (B/DDR) units and support services. The purchase of radar units and services under this effort may occur as initial investments into detection radar technology; replacement of aging, inefficient BDRs or B/DDR; or support sustainment of current radars on USAF installations.
