QUALIFICATIONS Senior Therapeutic Medical Physicists (TMP) (PhD Level) Must be Board Certified in Medical Physics or Therapeutic Medical Physics by the ABR and maintain licensure with the Board of Licensure for Professional Medical Physicists, if applicable. Certification must be maintained throughout the contract.

This award is for Radiation Oncology Chief Therapeutic Medical Physicist and Medical Physicist services for the VA New York Harbor Healthcare System. This is one of three contracts awarded against request for proposal (RFP) 36C24221R0016. The term is for one base year and (4) one-year options, which may be exercised by the Government. If all options are exercised, the estimated total contract value is $4,189,432.16.

The positions required are: three (3) full-time equivalent (FTE) Radiation Oncology specific Therapeutic Medical Physicists (MP), two (2) FTE Radiation Oncology specific Certified Medical Dosimetrists (CMD), one (1) FTE Radiation Oncology specific Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT) with expertise in radiation oncology simulation, and four (4) FTE Radiation Oncology specific Radiation Therapy Technologists (RTT).
