The Provinces require P25 Trunked Mobile Radios and accessories outlined in the Deliverables (Appendix C) in order to support day to day and emergency communications for over 30,000 radios used by approximately 40,000 field communications users.
Summary: Montgomery County is requesting proposals on behalf of New River Valley Emergency Communications Regional Authority (NRVECRA) for a Regional P25 Radio System. See attached RFP document for details on specifications, requirements, key dates, and other information.
Priority Services are committed to ensuring all national security and emergency preparedness (NS/EP) users are able to communicate at all times, under all circumstances, as long as the infrastructure has not been damaged or significantly impaired and there is sufficient radio frequency (RF) signal and coverage, to ensure national security communications, effectively manage emergencies, and improve national resilience.
The proposed contract action is for a Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system to be integrated into the Army CONUS Enterprise LMR systems. The Product Lead Base Emergency Communications System (PL BECS) requires sources to supply Fort Novosel, Alabama, and Holston Army Ammunition Plant (HAAP) said LMR systems.
Conduct Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement System (ERCES) and Cellular RF tests of the Perry County Joint Justice Center Building currently under construction. The actual date of the tests are to be scheduled with NAVIGATE Building Request for SOQ #4-24, Page 4 Solutions and Zoellner Construction Company when the building is overall no less than 85% enclosed, or when the exterior walls and windows are in place.

System shall be able to. n. Telephone and Data interface - Mobile CT unit will have 2 telephone and 2 data hookups to interface with facility s telephone and IT and PACS systems. o. System/equipment shall be fully capable and able to transfer image and data to multiple modalities including PACS, VISTA Imaging, printers, and Hospital RIS System (full DICOM Communication). Each location shall have different IP addresses, subnet masks, and VPNs.
