REQUEST FOR BIDS The Clinton County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for the sale of used steel railroad rail and other track materials stored at the Wayne Township Landfill which include: Around 90 used steel rails, each 39 feet in length. Several containers of used and new bridge clips Several containers of new dome head bolts Highest bidder must take all at their own conveyance.
