Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Requirements Contract, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), for RAILROAD MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR Services for LEMC’s Rail line maintenance. A Performance Work Statement will be provided at the time the solicitation is posted. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year of twelve (12) months and four (4) options each twelve (12) months in length.

This is a requirements type contract with pre-priced line items for railroad maintenance and railroad repairs. Task orders will be negotiated and issued after award for specific railroad maintenance and repair projects. Under a Requirements type contract, the Government does not guarantee a minimum amount of services to be ordered.
