Seal Cove Dock/Piles must incorporate the current ramp/gangway and existing boat house. Existing dock is preferred to be reused, refurbished and reutilized. Piles however need to be replaced. Shawatlans Dock is required to be replaced. Old ramp may be refurbished to fit new system, or proponent can proposed a new ramp gangway.

The new loading sock will be constructed with reinforced concrete footings, foundations, and concrete ramp and loading dock walls. Project also includes new dock bumpers and steel edge protection.
