The Fair Street Improvement Project will rehabilitate the existing road surface between E. 20th Street and E. Construction will include concrete curb and ADA sidewalk ramp improvements, bicycle ramp facilities, drainage improvements, bituminous asphalt roadway resurfacing, signage and striping, landscaping, lighting improvements, and utility relocations. Resurfacing will be constructed within project limits, tying into the adjacent Intersection Improvements project located at Princeton Avenue (CR 583) and Mulberry Street.
