Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the on-demand construction and improvements of parks and other County properties for the Broward County Parks and Recreation Division and various other Broward County agencies that may have need of these services and products.
Other improvements may include lighting improvements, and utility relocation(s). Services include a Design Study Report, Public Involvement, Environmental Activities Support, Utility Agreement Support, Traffic Control Plan, Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Plans, Specifications, and Estimates. Assistance during bidding and construction, and design project closeout shall also be provided.
Other improvements included in this project are the construction of a chase way for future ductwork to the third and second floors and cross connection of certain piping to eliminate a 60-ton chiller.
