The Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO) Advanced Manufacturing Program Office (AMPO) is a recently-established program office within the Air Force with a mission to reduce Air Force sustainment and operational cost and/or improve mission readiness. The RSO/AMPO seeks to work with companies who can deliver innovative sustainment and operational advances to Air Force end users. The AMPO seeks an innovative solution designed to expand on current DAF capabilities to produce aircraft components via metal additive manufacturing.
