The Project includes the following Work: Contract #2: Installation of a new raw water supply line to supplement Owner’s existing supply line, construction of a sodium permanganate dosing station, and installation of a 6” water line along Lincoln Drive to Owners East Tank.Pre-Bid: A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on April 24, 2024, at 10:00am at The Caldwell Municipal Building, 215 West St., Caldwell, OH 43724.

Statement of Work 3.1 GENERAL: The Purdy Mesa Flowline (PMFL) is one of two steel transmission lines that carry raw water 19 miles from the Juniata Reservoir to the City Water Treatment Plant in Orchard Mesa. The PMFL has exceeded its service life and is being replaced in sections by a series of projects. This 2024 Purdy Mesa Lowline Replacement Project replaces a 3-mile section of the PMFL.
