Wall Street Reconstruction: The project scope of work includes complete reconstruction of Wall Street between Riverside Ave and Main Ave. Scope items include demolition, traffic control, new tiles over the lids of private basement vaults, concrete curb, asphalt roadway, lighting, landscaping. roadway striping and signing.
Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Stony Creek Fire House Parking Lot Restoration” to the Finance Department, Attention Purchasing Clerk, 1019 Main Street, Branford, CT 06405 by 11:30PM, Friday, September 16th, 2022. No bids will be accepted after that time and date. Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the submission deadline in the conference room located on the basement floor of Town Hall.
Sealed bids will be opened and read publicly at 10:30 a.m. 11:15 a.m., or shortly thereafter, on the same day in the Jefferson County Commissioners Chambers, basement level of the Jefferson County Courthouse. NOTE: No In-Person Attendance Allowed per Jefferson County RESOLUTION No. 45-21.

New building system equipment and interior finishes repairs at the basement level. New telecom room on second floor. Remodeling of break room/kitchen at first floor. Remodeling of bathroom at second floor. New HVAC equipment and duct chases and soffits at second floor. New electrical conduits and It/telecom outlets for workstations.Contract duration is estimated at 360 calendar days.
Bids will be publicly opened immediately following the submission deadline in the conference room located on the basement floor of Town Hall. Bids must be held for ninety (90) days beyond the bid opening date. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
