The proposal is for ongoing investment administration and monitoring services on a quarterly retainer basis, as well as a one-time project to solicit, evaluate, and recommend a firm with experience in record keeping and administration for the 401(a) and 457(b) Plans. The resulting term is a five (5) Year Multi-Year Contract in accordance with O.C.G.A. §36-60-13. A.
This contract will include the following services: Marketing the niches to interested parties (alumni, faculty, staff) Sale of urns, memorials, and mementos to clients Coordination and installation of name plaques Contracting with the family and receiving payment for the inurnment services and the niche(s) Depositing cremated remains in the columbarium Providing access to the niches when requested by family Record keeping of inurnments Any reporting

In order to facilitate the assessment and administrative process, the Provincial Assessment Sector will require the successful Vendor to supply cyclical administrative relief services to assist in the picking, packing, shipping, receiving, processing, registering, filing and record keeping of all provincial achievement tests and diploma exams, administered according to published schedules.
