This project includes replacement of the Air Handling Units in the State Records Building. The units are over 30 years old and have reached the end of their useful service life. This project will replace them with energy efficient equipment. Work includes replacing obsolete pneumatic control systems serving the AHU's with DDC controls. Temperature and humidity control is critical for long term stable records storage.
