MANDATORY site visits will be held at Glenville Recreation Center, 680 East 113 Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44108, Thursday, September 28, 2017 2-3p.m. and Monday, October 2, 2017 2-3p.m. If a bidder does not attend one of the mandatory site visits as evidenced by the site visits’ sign-in sheets the bidder's bid shall be considered non-responsive.
