The City of Delta invites proposals from experienced and certified ammonia refrigeration contractors for the replacement of the three compressors, two brine pumps, and ancillary systems for the ice refrigeration plant at North Delta Recreation Centre, 11415 84 Ave, Delta, BC. The upgrade should integrate with the other major existing plant components for a fully operational system that requires minimal operator supervision.

In that regard, the NVRC requires a Contractor to upgrade the Arena Refrigeration Plant at Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre, a facility owned by the District of North Vancouver, all as detailed herein and in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings included with this Invitation to Tender (ITT).This ITT is being issued to the following 2 pre-qualified contractors: Cimco Refrigeration Fraser Valley Refrigeration Ltd.
