The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) Advertising Services Program is directed to support the recruitment of approximately 40,000 personnel per year to fill vacancies in both enlisted and officer programs. It supports 48 recruiting stations within six Marine Corps Districts that are organized into two regions: the Eastern Recruiting Region and the Western Recruiting Region.
This information will provide a forum for the United States Army Human Resources Command (HRC) and the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) Senior Leaders to articulate their visions for ongoing operational support and insight into emerging requirements supporting that vision. The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) has a requirement for a technology platform which allows recruiters in the 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th and 12th Marine Corps Districts (MCDs) to engage with their target market. This capability helps leverage mobile device management capabilities such as text and instant messaging for data collection and lead generation. Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) is transitioning to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) for each of the Marine Corps Districts (MCD) Headquarters (HQs) and the Marine Corps Recruiting Station HQs in accordance with DODI 8100.04. The use of VoIP is part of the General Services Administration (GSA) broader Network Services 2020 strategy as well as Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) End of Life on Legacy Telecom Services by FY2024.

Navy Recruiting Command (NAVREC) 770 State US 22, North Plainfield, NJ 07060.This will require the offeror to drop the line in the Navy's office on 66 bocks or biscuit jacks. The lines are to be tagged and marked at the demarc and in NAVREC's office. Provide the tagging information to the on-site Point of Contact. The new lines shall be installed and extended to the Navy's office space.
