Recruiting Station Richmond (RS RIC) has an aging cabling infrastructure of CAT3, CAT5, CAT6 and Coax. The primary objectives of this scope are to move the communications space to a larger location, install a complete CAT6 infrastructure, extend or re-run existing circuits as necessary to the new location, remove old infrastructure and insure system uptime between by using a phased approach.
