Proposals are requested for Curbside Recyclables processing and marketing services for three different term options: five (5) years, seven (7) years, and ten (10) years. Proposers are requested to provide pricing for each of these options.
This work does include an evaluation of the current Landfill, Citizen Drop-off areas, Solid Waste and Recyclables Transfer Station, Scale House, Maintenance Shop and Administration area. The Department of the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, Naval Air Station Lemoore intends to award a contract for the acceptance of non-hazardous solid waste and comingled recyclable waste, both Government-delivered separately to the contractor’s refuse disposal/transfer site, in support of Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA. This procurement does not provide for the collection and transportation of waste.
