The total square footage of Building 4750 is approximately 11,777 SF. The scope for this project is to convert approximately 3,208 SF of space to secure area space and renovate 3,892 SF of standard administrative office space. The project will include the removal or relocation of interior walls. The partial renovation of the facility will include upgrades to finishes, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Therefore, a change to another vendor would require a major redesign and incur additional costs for the Government and would result in significant disruptions to the services presently provided at the CDC.Gartner brand-name subscription licenses are the only commercially available product that can properly maintain all of the essential functionalities at CDC.
