It shall be done in collaboration with key redevelopment and information, communications, automation, technology ('ICAT') stakeholders. The final agreement will be subject to negotiation. The initial term of the agreement will be for a period of five (5) years. BNS reserves the right to extend the agreement for two (2) 1-year extensions beyond the initial term, for an overall potential maximum of seven (7) years in total.
