The Vermont Department of Health (VDH), Refugee Health Programs is seeking grant proposals to address the health of refugees by reducing gaps in access to care and increasing health literacy. Anticipated grant period is dependent on funding and expected to begin October 13, 2017 through August 14, 2018, with option to renew for two consecutive one-year periods. The option to renew will be based upon performance of grantee and continued funding.
