The Sam Houston Regional Library & Research Center (SHC) has an existing fire suppression system installed in the stacks area, Sam Houston Room, Archivist office, and the Newspaper Archive. TSLAC will have a new fire suppression system installed in the SHC museum area. The system is the Ansul Sapphire Clean Agent Fire Suppression System and is compatible with the existing systems.
