Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) has a requirement for an Regional Sub-Saharan Africa Transportation Sector Opportunities Desk Study Series. The requirement is detailed in the attached solicitation. USTDA is soliciting offers for the purpose of entering into a multiple award, up to three contracts, Firm-Fixed-Price contracts.This solicitation is being issued in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 15.203.
While USTDA projects span a variety of sectors, the Agency’s program in the Sub-Saharan Africa region focuses on the energy, transportation, telecommunications, agribusiness and health sectors. The Sub-Saharan Africa Regional Team is also engaged in multiple U.S. Government Initiatives, including Power and Prosper Africa.
The Government will offer one award resulting from this solicitation to the offeror who is deemed responsible and is determined, based on the evaluation factors and sub factors, to represent the best value to the Government. This procurement is a 100 percent set-aside for Small Business under NAICS Code 541690. Award is limited to U.S. Firms or U.S. individuals.
