The City of Apopka (City) owns several water treatment plants including the Plymouth Regional Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The Plymouth Regional WTP currently has a permitted capacity 1.728 MGD. There are 4 water production wells at the facility. Three wells withdraw water from the Upper Florida aquifer (UFA) which includes Wells No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3.

To be provided for the Great Plains Area (GPA) Youth Regional Treatment Center (YRTC) located at 12451 Highway 1806, Mobridge, SD 57601. See Statement of Work (SOW) attached. Work consists of construction services for necessary improvements to the Keller Polyphosphate Building to continue providing superior drinking water to Pinellas County customers. Upgrades will be performed to the building structure including an expansion to accommodate all pre and post analyzers that are currently located in a shed and the addition of a new roof, bathroom, and air conditioning unit.
