RFI 210000006 Request for Information 210000006 Banking and Securities Licensing and Regulatory Management System/ Software as a Service (SaaS) The Division of Banking and Securities of the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development is seeking information from qualified vendors who can provide a hosted Software as a Service that supports licensing and registration, examination and investigation, and electronic records management
These data services include validation of entity information for contracting actions, user fees, ethics determinations, drug registration, food registration, medical device registration, investigations, audit assessments, and risk assessments for prioritization of inspections and other regulatory activities.
These services include medical coordinators, medical consultants, evaluation programs, and course providers; as needed in the course of review of applications for licensure/registration, complaint investigations, and remediation pursuant to disciplinary and corrective actions. Minnesota Statutes, section 15.061, authorizes the Board to enter into contracts for these services.
