Adopted Regulations of the Alaska Department of Fish and GameUnder a delegation of authority issued by the Alaska Board of Fisheries and the Alaska Board of Game under AS 16.05.270, the Alaska Department of fish and Game has adopted regulations in Title 5 of the Alaska Administrative Code (AAC) correcting errors and omissions, ambiguities, and technical deficiencies. Under a delegation of authority from the Alaska Board of Fisheries the Alaska Department of fish and Game has adopted regulations that change the year reference in 5 AAC 75.076 from 2023 to 2024. The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on September 8, 2023 and the regulation becomes effective October 8, 2023.

Under a delegation of authority from the Alaska Board of Fisheries the Alaska Department of fish and Game has adopted regulations that changes the possession and annual limit for sockeye salmon in Neva Creek as found in 5 AAC 01.745(h)(1)(B)(ii) from 10 to 20 fish. The regulations are attached to the bottom of this notice. The Lieutenant Governor signed and filed the regulation on April 26, 2023 and they become effective May 26, 2023.
