Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Social Work Examiners On March 9, 2023, the Board of Social Work Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 18 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
On November 9, 2018, the Board of Dental Examiners adopted regulation changes to Title 12, Chapter 28 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern a new dental temporary permit. The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on January 22, 2019, and will go into effect February 21, 2019. (AS 44.62.190(d)) Adopting agency: Alaska Board of Game General subject of regulation: Hunting and trapping regulations for the Central/Southwest Region, and other miscellaneous provisions.
The emergency regulations took effect February24, 2017, and will expire June 23, 2017. The Board of Game does not intend to makethe emergency regulations permanent. The emergency regulations are available online at www.boardofgame.adfg.alaska.gov,and by contacting ADF&G Boards Support Section at 465-4110.
On May 6, 2020, the Board of Nursing adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in Title 12, Chapter 44 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The emergency regulations concern establishing standards for the practice of telehealth by an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).
The emergency regulation took effect on March 26, 2020 and will expire July 23, 2020 unless made permanent.On May 6, 2020, the Board of Nursing adopted the emergency regulation changes to be made permanent. The permanent emergency regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on July 9, 2020.
