Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Board of Professional Counselors At its February 23-24, 2023, meeting, the Board of Professional Counselors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 62 of the Alaska Administrative Code. On May 6, 2020, the Board of Nursing adopted, as an emergency regulation, changes in Title 12, Chapter 44 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The emergency regulations concern establishing standards for the practice of telehealth by an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).
