The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals and cost proposals from vendors capable of staffing, operating, maintaining, handling regulatory compliance matters and managing the City’s Water Treatment Plant. The RFP invites qualified firms to submit documents demonstrating their qualifications and experience to provide the services described in this document.
