As part of compact development, MCC requires specialized services to conduct a focused agribusiness commercial, legal and institutional reform (AgCLIR) diagnostic in order to better understand the enabling environment for agribusiness in Tunisia. The Senior Police Advisor will provide INL/Bogota with law enforcement senior leadership and management expertise to support programs and activities that improve the CNP’s ability to offer nationwide, comprehensive, and professional police services to all citizens. The advisor will work with CNP to carry out institutional police reforms focused on human rights, accountability, transparency, and community relations.
Liaises with and assists the various Kenyan law enforcement agencies in developing viable capacity-building projects in the fields of accountable policing and oversight, forensics, and institutional reform. Also acts as liaison between these Kenyan entities and other components of the U.S. Mission.
Advise and assist the INL Director regarding the planning, development, and administration of INL Haiti police reform and law enforcement programs.
