LEASE TERMS: Any commercial business development must be aviation related, as defined by the FAA, to ensure the airport remains in compliance with Federal Grant Assurances. Any lease offered to a commercial business under this RFP will contain language requiring the business be aviation related and requiring it to remain an aviation related business throughout the term of the lease. The Lease is offered as a 25-year term.
