For all interested parties: The Government is providing this Sources Sought to conduct market research for the Sailor 2025 (S2025) Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Fiscal Year 18 Content Conversion effort. This effort has an anticipated award date NLT 30 September 2018, with an anticipated budget valued between $75M-$100M, and a projected delivery schedule 24 months after award.

Ready, Relevant, Learning (RRL) aims to create a learning continuum across a Sailor’s career, beginning with accession training that will ensure every Sailor has the latest training to support assigned tasks. RRL modernizes delivery methods from traditional brick-and-mortar schoolhouses to mobile, multi-media, multi-platform delivery solutions that leverage the best concepts to accelerate learning as individuals, teams and organizations.
