Description: The City of Winston-Salem is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to relocate and refurbish an existing mobile trailer/classroom unit located at the Easton Elementary School site.
The overall Project is a multimodal project that uses the existing, dual-berth Terminal 4 and adjacent, Port-owned uplands to improve cargo flow into and through the international shipping complex. The preliminary budget for the overall Project is $46.85 million. The services requested with this RFQ are for the T4A Cargo Yard Relocation & Expansion (Cargo Yard Expansion) portion of the overall Project.
Project Description: The intent of this project is to stabilize, relocate and repurpose 4 Gilbert Road to facilitate the construction of a new South Campus Residence Hall. Scope of Work: The objective of the Gilbert Road Site Preparation Project is the preservation, renovation and relocation of the historic structure located at 4 Gilbert Road on the University Storrs, CT Campus.
