BID SUBMITTAL: Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished to the bidders. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked "Bid on Salem Police Station Office and Equipment Relocation-Bid No. 190186" and show the name and business address of the bidder. Note that a list of supplemental submittals required to be included with the bid is included in the Special Provisions for this Invitation to Bid.
