: The scope of Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to all labour/operator(s) and materials for the remediation of the Infinite homes site including, capping and bringing all servicing to finished grade, the backfilling of open excavations, regrading of the site and removal and disposal of debris to environmental site.
The project involves remedial actions for lead (Pb) contaminated soils as per the Soil Site Investigation and Assessment Report submitted to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) on April 17, 2023 (Report) (BBJ Group, LLC. 2023); the remedial actions are summarized as excavation, waste disposal, and site restoration.
