PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services required to remodel the Specialty Care Clinic and make corrections to the HVAC FCAs in Building 19 Outpatient Clinic for the Remodel Specialty Care & Correct HVAC in Building 19 project as required by drawings and specifications, which will be provided during the solicitation phase.

Part 1: This project will remodel the old surgery area for Specialty Care.
