The general area shall be cleaned up by removing all materials from work site. After installation is completed, the area shall be finish graded to the desired contour to present a smooth appearance around the lift station. This lift station serves a 2-unit waterborne restroom each with a sink, toilet, and shower. Estimated peak daily flows are 600 gallons/day.
The Base Item for this project involves obtaining masonry stone from a Government-supplied quarry, delivery of the stone to the project site, cutting to size and the installation of the stone as masonry facing for all exposed CMU blocks on the restroom's exterior walls, and columns.
