The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, supervision, supplies and incidentals; to perform all work required to remove, transport, and dispose of all material in trespass dump sites in accordance with the specifications, maps, terms, and conditions. Procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19.
The areas are located within the boundaries of the Mark Twain National Forest, Eleven Point and Poplar Bluff Ranger Districts, in Oregon, Wayne, Carter, and Butler Counties, Missouri. Sites have been identified on maps and by description. Some units are trash clean up along entire roads and some units are individual dump sites. See area maps attached. Access to some sites may involve the removal and re-installation of road closures.
