The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified contractors for the Removal of the Interior Pedestrian Walkway in the RiverCenter Ramp. The Demolition is for the enclosed walkway on 2nd Level of the River Center Ramp and upgraded flooring to the Sky Bridge over 2nd Street.
The Contractor shall provide all construction services and materials for demolition and construction of new recruiting office spaces located in Building #1:Demolition to include removal of interior door, closet, molding, flooring, ceiling track, and ceiling system.
The work shall include welding internal filter underdrain piping, repair or replacement of internal filter laterals and header piping, replacing components of the manway and any damaged or missing bolts or anchor bolts, removal of interior lining using �White Metal Blast Cleaning� (SSPC/SP #5), water blasting of exterior coating, applying new coating to interior and overcoat exterior of filter vessel, installation of new filter media, and disinfection
