The Consultant shall sample air prior to and during asbestos removal and the ensuing cleaning phase. Air monitoring shall be performed to allow comparison of results for compliance with all applicable regulations. Results of the air samples collected concurrently with the removal operations shall be used as indicator of the effectiveness of the contractors removal procedures.
Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), requires three (3) different Contractor-Owned/Contractor-Operated detention facilities (existing or renovated) within the ERO Houston and San Antonio Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
Activities include, but are not limited to, tree trimming (cut and toss), field operations, debris pickup, debris hauling and removal, debris staging and reduction, temporary debris storage site management and debris management. All debris removal and disposal management services shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and environmental regulations.

Respondent shall provide disaster management, debris monitoring, and Public Assistance Program support services to assist the University with disaster recovery operations, including monitoring the operations of the disaster debris removal and disposal contractor(s). The University shall provide a Debris Manager to work directly with the Debris Removal Contractor and the firms contracted to provide debris removal and disposal services.
